Menopause Non-Medical Prescriber (Nurse or Pharmacist)
We are building the future of menopause care. As a global health platform supporting over 1 million members, we are on a mission to prove that access to high-quality, personalised menopause care should be a right, not a privilege.
We are growing one of the UK’s most academically credible and diverse menopause teams. By joining us, you’ll be collaborating with and learning from BMS Advanced Specialists and Trainers and leading specialists in neurodivergence, breast cancer, histamine intolerance, sexology, and lifestyle medicine.
We look for forward-thinking clinicians who want to step away from clunky admin and into a tech-forward, data-informed care model that allows you to do what you do best: care for patients. Plus, we’ve just launched the Voy Menopause Academy to heavily invest in our clinicians' continuous CPD, formal mentorship, and advanced training.
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Menopause Non-Medical Prescriber to join our growing clinical team on a full-time basis.*
The Role
You will provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) and asynchronous consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance.
Assessing patients and developing individualised treatment plans, including prescribing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Testosterone (where appropriate), supplements, and adjunct therapies.
Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.
Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.
Collaborating within a highly diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
Maintaining comprehensive, concise, and safe electronic health records (EHR).
*Part time (strict minimum of 30 hours per week) may be considered for exceptional candidates.
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse Prescriber (NMC with active PIN / V300), or Pharmacist Prescriber (GPhC / PIP).
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in women’s health.
Demonstrable expertise in perimenopause and menopause care.
Additional menopause qualifications (e.g. BMS certification) are essential.
What We Need From You
A warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard, supported, and respected.
Ability to translate clinical knowledge clearly and compassionately for patients.
Confident delivering care in a digital/remote setting (video and asynchronous consultations) and excited by a data-informed care model that cuts out administrative bloat.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
Comfortable working across clinical and non-clinical teams.
Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about improving menopause care.
Participation in clinical MDT meetings, clinical audits, and cross-specialty case reviews.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
No conflicts of interest.

About Voy
Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help.
Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way.
In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way).
Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?
