Influencer Executive
The Opportunity
Influencer marketing sits at the heart of our growth strategy, and we’re rapidly expanding our UK Partnerships team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, spotting talent, and turning conversations into commercial partnerships. You might come from sales, recruitment, partnerships, influencer marketing, or even be a content creator yourself — what matters most is your ability to identify great creators and build long-term collaborations with them.
You’ll work with creators across health, sports and lifestyle on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Podcasts and Twitch. The goal is simple: build a powerful network of creators who genuinely love our product and help us reach new customers.
In this role, you’ll own the full creator partnership lifecycle — from identifying and reaching out to creators, to onboarding them, negotiating partnerships, and growing those relationships over time. It’s a highly commercial role where success is measured by the strength of your creator network and the growth those partnerships drive.
What you’ll do
• Identify and build relationships with creators across YouTube, Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok and Twitch
• Proactively reach out to creators and talent, building a strong pipeline of potential partners
• Own the full partnership lifecycle — outreach, onboarding, negotiation, contracts and ongoing relationship management
• Grow and develop a high-quality UK creator network across health, sports and lifestyle
• Work with creators and our internal teams to launch campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and customer growth
• Track performance and optimise partnerships based on results and commercial impact
• Provide creators with clear expectations, feedback and insights to improve campaign outcomes
• Continuously identify emerging creators and new talent who could become strong long-term partners
• Help build a best-in-class creator partnership programme in the UK
Who you are
• Fluent in English and based in London
• Background in sales, partnerships, recruitment, influencer marketing, talent management, creator management, or business development
• Comfortable with outreach, building pipelines and working towards targets — you enjoy turning conversations into partnerships
• Passionate about the creator economy and spend time on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch or Podcasts, with a strong sense of what content and creators resonate with audiences
• Commercially minded and confident negotiating partnerships that create value for both sides
• A strong relationship builder who can quickly establish trust with creators and maintain long-term partnerships
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented — you enjoy experimenting, learning and improving your approach
• Bonus: you’ve worked with creators, run influencer campaigns, or built an audience yourself
